Terms of sale
The short version: everything is confirmed in a written quotation before anything is binding, prices are quoted per model and per quantity, and the contract is with Jiaxing Ruibo Robot Co., Ltd.
Quotations
Every quotation is written, states model, quantity, unit price, lead time, payment terms and Incoterms, and is valid for 30 days from its date unless it says otherwise. Quoted figures are per configuration — a different ratio, firmware or brake variant is a different line item. Lead times are stated per model at quotation: most of the catalogue ships from stock within about a week, and built-to-order configurations run longer. Stock is not a standing promise; it is confirmed on the day you place the order.
Payment and currency
All prices are quoted in US dollars unless agreed otherwise. Payment terms (advance, deposit and balance, or terms for repeat customers) are stated on each proforma invoice. Bank details on the invoice are always in the company's own name.
Shipping, customs and trade compliance
We ship worldwide with tracked express carriers. Incoterms are per quotation and per order. Import duties, taxes and customs clearance in the destination country are the buyer's unless the quotation states otherwise. Export compliance is handled on our side under applicable regulations; we will tell you plainly if a destination or end use is outside what we can support.
Warranty and returns
Products carry the manufacturer's warranty, which we administer for you — one contact in English instead of a factory RMA process in Chinese. Warranty length and scope are confirmed at quotation per line. Defective units within the warranty window are repaired or replaced per the manufacturer's terms; freight split is agreed case by case. Contact us before returning anything: we issue the RMA, not the carrier.
Liability
Specification figures on this site are published for selection purposes and can be revised by the manufacturer; the binding set is the one on your quotation and the manufacturer datasheet issued with your order. Our liability is limited to the value of the affected order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Contracting entity and law
EmboParts is the trading name of Jiaxing Ruibo Robot Co., Ltd., registered in Jiaxing, Zhejiang, China. That entity appears on your proforma invoice, contract and customs paperwork. Disputes are settled under the governing law stated in the sales contract.
