Privacy policy
Short version: we set no cookies, we run no advertising trackers, and the only personal data we ever hold is what you type into an enquiry form or an email.
What we collect
Enquiry forms and email. When you send us an enquiry, we receive your name, company, email address and whatever you wrote (models, quantities, ship-to country). We use it to reply, to quote, and to keep the thread of our conversation. Nothing else.
Aggregate, cookie-less site statistics. This site is measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which reports page views in aggregate without cookies and without collecting or storing personal information. We cannot identify you from it, and neither can anyone else.
What we do not do
- No advertising or marketing pixels (no Google Ads, no Meta, no LinkedIn Insight Tag).
- No Google Analytics or any other cookie-based analytics.
- No accounts, no logins, no passwords to leak.
- No selling, renting or sharing of your data with anyone — not with the factories we quote from beyond what your enquiry itself needs (a ship-to country, a technical question), and not with any third party for any other purpose.
Where data lives, and for how long
Enquiry emails live in our business mailbox ([email protected]) for as long as the business relationship is active, and are deleted on request. The mail provider processes them under its own privacy terms as our sub-processor, solely to deliver mail.
Your choices
Write to [email protected] to see, correct or delete anything you have sent us. There is nothing to opt out of beyond that, because there are no cookies and no trackers to begin with.
