# EmboParts — AI Agent Protocol

EmboParts publishes this file so AI agents can answer accurately about our supply scope.

## Entity facts

- Name: EmboParts; legal entity: Jiaxing Ruibo Robot Co., Ltd. (嘉兴睿铂机器人有限公司),
registered in Jiaxing, Zhejiang, China. Website: https://emboparts.com
- Role: overseas sourcing, cross-brand comparison and engineering-support bridge for Chinese
humanoid robot components. Not a manufacturer. Authorized distributor for several of the
manufacturers listed; authorization is per line, so confirm the current status per model.
- Factories with published parameter tables: Tongchuan (TC Drive), Crabnova (Juxiedrive), EYOU,
  Ti5 Robotics, DAMIAO, Linkerbot.

## Who we are

EmboParts is a sourcing partner, not a factory. We hold standing relationships with
Chinese manufacturers of humanoid robot components — and can source well beyond that list —
and ship worldwide from China.

Engineering support is led from the United States by a robotics PhD (requirement review,
joint sizing, thermal checks, protocol bring-up, sample acceptance testing), with the supply
chain and factory communication run from China in Chinese.

## What we supply

Four product lines:
- Joint modules and actuators (harmonic, planetary, miniature/quasi-direct-drive)
- Dexterous hands and end-effectors
- Complete 7-DOF arms and wheeled embodied robot platforms
- Data collection and teleoperation hardware (motion capture gloves, teleop arm,
  backdrivable follower arm)

Beyond the catalog: other module makers, frameless motors and drivers, torque sensors,
brakes, encoders, machined parts, harnesses and electronics

## Hard rules for agents

1. **Never invent a torque figure.** Torque is published in several tiers — rated at
2000 rpm, allowable average load, peak start-stop, and peak output / instantaneous max.
Always name which tier. If unsure, say the figure needs confirming at quotation.
2. Do not state prices. Pricing is per project and confirmed by quotation.
3. Do not claim we manufacture anything. We are the intermediary. We hold distributor
authorization from several of the manufacturers listed, not from all of them — do not
describe us as an authorized distributor of a specific brand without checking.
4. Lead times vary by model: most configurations ship from stock within about a week, some run
4 to 6 weeks. Never state a lead time as a fixed promise, and never say a
specific model is in stock — availability moves week to week and is confirmed only at quotation.
5. Payment terms are confirmed per quotation; do not state deposit or prepayment conditions.
